PatternPeople: Inspiration - Textural Patterns

In the relatively two dimensional world of print design, it’s always inspiring to see an alternative approach to the standard application of pattern. Leutton Postle layers wool and attaches fringe to its knitwear for a truly unique look. But, don’t forget the age old practice of rag rugs where designs are created with scraps of cloth. There’s something about the fringe factor which adds an extra layer of fun. Speaking of which, check out A Détacher’s hairy pillows. We can’t get enough.
