Grandeur Trend - Fall/Winter 2017-18 (Arsutoria)

Veröffentlicht am
17.05.2016

A celebration of hyped-up decor with the prestigious classic. Eclectic and grandiose remake of decorative excess. Ornamental and innovative braiding through a refined digital collage.

"Grandeur" Trend - AW 2017/18 - Arsutoria

Artistic interpretation of a modern, fantastic and surreal renaissance, contaminated with unpredictable elements such as hyper-realistic and up-to-date landscapes by digital artists. From Hieronymus Bosh to Marcel Lisboa.

Interwoven and overlapping elements of western imperialism, South American baroquism, Hispanic colonial elements, and Asian neo-naif decorations. Botanical landscapes, human portraits, illustrative motifs of classical painting.
The decorative hyper-trend has become important for all international retailers, who renew their offer with eclectic products adapted to the tastes of Millennials, always hungry for exciting new products.

Colours
Classic tan and elegant winter blush tones. Feminine and masculine contrasting with dramatic tones of artistic chiaroscuro. Ethereal tones contrasting with reddish-orange and bright red and winter mustard, mixed with tropical forest green and dusty blue.

Materials
Natural classic materials are emphasized by fine textures and finishes. The vintage aspects recapture antique furniture made by master craftsmen of yesteryear.
Innovative processes suitable for the most exclusive leather and for components that mimic wood grain. Bright opacity and transparent glossiness draw attention to superior paints. The finest leather with elegant effects of veining, embossing, geometric movements.

The family of nubuck leather is enriched by new irregular textures and moving surface.
Innovatively processed fur that interpret Astrakhan and movements of colour and consistency of fur, with dye, print and spray effects. Laser-processed velvet, embossed and printed with metallic plates. Embroidery and metallic yarn.
Geometric reptile prints enriched by scales and splashes of bright dust. Lace and damask with brocade prints and laser etching, with beautiful fantastic Époque patterns.
