Collection: leather is always at the centre of attention at tod’s, who always pushes his unique artisanal skills further. a feminine and elegant wardrobe, in nappa leather, consisting of pinafore dresses with pleated flaps, high-waisted pencil skirts and luxurious shirts and t-shirts. the material is treated with finesse. a zebra pattern adds a touch of sensuality to a skirt and a trench coat, just like the perforated outfits, dresses with flower cut outs, or bare-back tops. some aviator jackets are worn with bermuda shorts or a flared skirt. patterns like traces of paintings decorate the length of a straight skirt or the top of a belted coat. the colour palette is strong and has earthly tones as well as more vibrant shades such as acid yellow and sky blue. to note: the small tod’s bag with a t buckle, you can wear on the shoulder or on a belt + mules with colourful heels.with interviews:diego della valle:i don’t do the collection but i give the message which is the super italian quality with a very good taste and creativity together and what i consider the italian lifestyle, the best italian lifestyle, with super chic women, fresh, that work, travel, want to be super elegant and super chic but not vulgar, never. iris mittenaere:first, the material is in fact absolutely magnificent and very comfortable to wear. also, the designs are both classic and original. what i like about tod’s, is that it is quite a classic brand but they always have new designs so we can find very fashionable pieces that i like.this is the first time, it was honestly beautiful, i spotted so many things, lots of really new things, absolutely amazing skirts, always with tod’s materials which are incredible, so it was really a great show. music from the show (for use only in context of the show, under cover of the right to information).
